Nicology. It is a way of life. My guiding principles which help me perform my role as teacher, mentor and a compassionate, well-rounded human being. Nicology adds another dimension to the way I can inspire and influence. Its power radiates. It infiltrates into the bones of the young people I help. Nicology stands for growth and development. It enables young adults who need a little extra help, to do the things most of us take for granted. Nicology means, I do not put my students into boxes. Confinement stifles creativity
